1.1 The AppScore Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") has been executed between (hereinafter referred to as “AppScore”, "app.aiscore.football") and the individual whose email address and username are specified in the "Member Information" field (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”), under the following terms and conditions.
2.1 In the implementation of this Agreement, AppScore defines the following terms as:
3.1 The AppScore Membership Agreement has been drafted to regulate the member’s access to the services provided by AppScore, determining the mutual rights and obligations of the parties accordingly.
4.1.1 Anyone who has reached the age of 18 can become a member of AppScore by properly filling out the membership form and accepting the AppScore Membership Agreement terms.
4.1.2 The applicant declares, accepts, and undertakes that they are over 18 years old, have legal capacity, are not directly or indirectly prohibited from participating in gambling and games of chance under the relevant legislation, that all the information provided in the membership form belongs to them, is lawful and truthful, and that they will be responsible for any damages arising from incomplete or incorrect information. AppScore relies on the member's declarations for all transactions.
4.1.3 If it is determined that the information provided by the member is unlawful or untruthful, or if the member loses one of the membership conditions, the membership will be canceled immediately without notice. In this case, the subscriber declares, accepts, and undertakes that they will not demand any refund, compensation, or similar payments for any transaction made through AppScore and that AppScore will not be held responsible even if it was unaware of the situation.
4.2.1 Each member can have only one member account. The member account can only be used for benefiting from the services defined in the Agreement and for viewing permitted predictions.
4.3.1 Upon membership initiation, the membership number is sent to the member's registered email address.
4.3.2 AppScore may, for any reason, change the username or membership number assigned to the member.
4.4.1 The identity information provided at the beginning of the membership cannot be changed by the member.
4.4.2 AppScore processes the personal data provided by the member.
4.5.1 If AppScore suspects that the member is under 18 years old, it may suspend their membership.
i) Uploading any content and/or system that threatens the security of computer systems,
ii) Disturbing and harassing other members,
iii) Engaging in threatening, insulting, and defamatory behavior towards other members,
iv) Engaging in activities that encourage illegal actions and publishing such content,
v) Sharing restricted or password-protected pages and links,
vi) Requesting passwords or personal identification information from other members for illegal purposes,
vii) Engaging in any activity prohibited under current and future legislation.
5.1 General Terms for Subscription to a Member Account
5.1.1 To start viewing predictions on subscription channels, the member must complete the subscription payment via payment channels to their member account with AppScore.
5.1.2 The minimum transfer amount determined by the relevant legislation applies to the subscription payment to the member account, and any fees charged by banks are the responsibility of the member.
5.1.3 AppScore is not responsible for any delays or failures in reflecting the subscription payments made via Play Store and App Store to the member accounts. However, AppScore may investigate the matter upon the member's request.
5.1.4 AppScore shall not be responsible for any fraudulent activities related to subscription payments, including money laundering or any other criminal acts, nor for any resulting damages. The member declares, accepts, and undertakes that they shall not use their membership and subscription for unlawful activities such as aiding, mediating, or participating in illegal acts. If the member becomes aware of any criminal activity by another member or a third party while using AppScore services, they declare, accept, and undertake to immediately notify Customer Service in writing or report the matter to the relevant authorities.
5.1.5 If AppScore determines that a membership and the related accounts opened under AppScore are being used for illegal activities, including unauthorized money transfers, it reserves the right to immediately terminate such memberships without prior notice and to refuse or return the related amounts unless otherwise required by law. The member declares, accepts, and undertakes that they shall not claim any rights or compensation from AppScore in such cases.
5.1.6 The member declares, accepts, and undertakes that they shall not make any claims due to service disruptions or the inability to continue from where they left off, caused by unforeseen system crashes, hardware or software failures, and errors. AppScore is obligated to take all necessary measures to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.
5.2 General Terms Related to Predictions
5.2.1 AppScore may change, cancel, or add new prediction channels at any time as specified in the Agreement.
5.2.2 The member declares, accepts, and undertakes that they shall not hold AppScore responsible for any losses they may incur due to changes in prediction rules and shall not claim any rights or compensation.
5.2.3 The member is solely responsible for their selections regarding the predictions they view and for any financial losses incurred in the games of chance they participate in. The member declares, accepts, and undertakes that AppScore has no responsibility in this regard.
5.2.6 The member declares, accepts, and undertakes that they shall not claim any rights or compensation due to price changes. AppScore is not responsible for any changes in Google Play Store and App Store pricing policies. AppScore reserves the right to charge or modify a service fee per call for transactions made through Customer Service. The services provided to members by AppScore may be subject to specific conditions determined by AppScore.
5.3 Subscription Cancellation Procedures
5.3.1 The member may cancel their subscription within 24 hours under the rules related to the prediction channels.
6.1 Acceptance of the AppScore membership Agreement also constitutes acceptance of the terms of use for interactive and forum areas.
6.2 Additional services such as free sample coupons, tickets, articles, etc., provided by AppScore are for informational purposes only and serve as recommendations. AppScore assumes no responsibility for any outcomes arising from these additional services.
6.3 Campaigns and Promotions
6.3.1 The member declares, accepts, and undertakes that they may benefit from campaigns and promotions under the usage and benefit conditions determined by AppScore, that AppScore has the right to unilaterally change the general terms of campaign and promotion applications at any time or to terminate such campaigns, and that any changes to the terms may also apply to past benefits.
6.3.2 Points and subscriptions earned from campaigns or promotions may only be used for viewing prediction channels or for other services determined by AppScore.
6.3.3 AppScore reserves the right to set an expiration date for the points awarded to members at any time. The conditions for the points shall be determined by AppScore.
6.3.4 AppScore has the right to offer different deals to members based on their usage and behavioral analysis. These offers shall be valid under the specified duration and conditions.
7.1 Access to and use of AppScore services is entirely at the discretion of the member.
7.2 The member declares, accepts, and undertakes that AppScore cannot be held responsible in any way for any disconnection, system failures, technical reasons preventing the sending or delaying of notification messages, or any erroneous or delayed data transmission or communication disruptions on the prediction channels, and that they will not claim any rights or compensation.
7.3 The member declares, accepts, and undertakes that AppScore cannot be held responsible in any way for not providing necessary information about predictions, and that they will not claim any rights or compensation.
7.4 The member declares that the information provided to AppScore through written, verbal, internet, or other electronic means related to the services under this Agreement is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. The member is solely responsible for any damages arising from the violation of this declaration or from providing incorrect information.
7.5 The member declares, accepts, and undertakes that AppScore cannot be held responsible in any way for problems arising from incorrect information provided by the member (including incorrect or inactive contact numbers such as GSM numbers and email addresses) or due to technical reasons (such as the member’s phone line being unavailable, phone settings not being suitable for receiving SMS, network issues, etc.), and that they will not claim any rights or compensation.
7.6 The scope of the services provided to the member under the AppScore membership Agreement may be expanded, reduced, or discontinued at any time and unilaterally by AppScore. AppScore has the right to make changes to the provisions regarding the services in the Agreement. Therefore, the member declares, accepts, and undertakes that the scope of the services provided under the Agreement may change.
7.7 The member declares, accepts, and undertakes that they are personally responsible for any damage caused to third parties or AppScore while using the services provided by AppScore.
7.8 AppScore reserves all rights regarding all materials (written, visual, audio, with or without graphics) available in the prediction channels. The member declares, accepts, and undertakes that they will not use or allow the use of any visual or audio materials related to the services and products provided by AppScore without written permission, that they will not copy, publish, or distribute these materials for personal or public use on internet pages, and that they do not have the right to market them. The member further declares, accepts, and undertakes that the software used to provide the service is copyrighted by AppScore and will only be used for service acquisition purposes without duplication or distribution. In cases where members use or quote these materials without the knowledge of AppScore, AppScore will not accept any responsibility. In such cases, AppScore reserves the right to recourse, compensation, and legal action for any damages incurred.
7.9 The member voluntarily accepts that any records (visuals, text, content, etc.) from conversations or shared information in interactive communication platforms of AppScore and all personal profile information created voluntarily can be viewed by others. Accordingly, AppScore cannot be held responsible in any way for any third-party claims arising from conversations with third parties or shared content (text, symbols, images, etc.) on relevant platforms in prediction channels.
7.10 The parties reserve the right to recourse and legal action, including all related expenses, against any claims or damages arising from their responsibilities under the Agreement.
8.1 The Agreement is established upon the submission of the membership application and its acceptance by AppScore.
8.2 The parties cannot transfer or assign their rights and obligations arising from the AppScore membership Agreement to any third party in any manner.
8.3 The member declares, accepts, and undertakes the validity of the membership records kept by AppScore regarding the membership application.
8.4 In disputes arising from the AppScore membership Agreement, the provisions of the Agreement and the relevant legislation will apply. The parties declare and accept that the Istanbul Courts and enforcement offices are the competent legal authorities for any legal disputes arising from the implementation of the Agreement.
8.5 Unless otherwise notified in writing, the member declares, accepts, and undertakes that the address stated in the "Member Information" field is their legal notification address and that written notifications sent to these addresses will be legally valid and enforceable even if the member cannot be reached, including cases where the notification is returned due to address changes.
9.1 The AppScore membership Agreement consists of 9 (nine) articles. The person who wishes to become a member declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read the entire Agreement while being over the age of 18 and possessing full legal capacity, that they understand it, and that they unconditionally accept and approve all its provisions.
